摘要
针对公司某款车型出现的发动机悬置支架断裂问题,提出了有效的解决方案。根据失效模式,优化零件结构,通过应力及疲劳寿命分析验证优化结构的可行性,并通过市场验证确定优化方案的有效性和可靠性。为以后零件的结构优化与CAE仿真分析提供了参考依据。
