摘要
介绍了以地区产业发展要求,通过"工学结合"确定工作岗位、职业能力和支撑课程,并以此为基础构建基于工作过程的课程体系、专业核心课程,确定教材建设计划,建设教学资源库。得出以"工学结合"方式建立课程体系,可实现高职人才培养与地区产业发展的适应性,有效提高高职学生的职业能力、促进可持续发展能力、彰显高职办学特色。
The paper introduces the requirements of industry development to area, through the "work-study combination" to determine the job, occupation ability and support on the curriculum, based on these factors, constructed the professional core curriculum, determine the teaching plan, teaching resources store. Find "work-study combination" means the establishment of curriculum system, which can realize the talents training of higher vocational education development and regional industrial adaptability, effective to enhance students' occupation ability, promote the sustainable development ability, highlight the characteristics of Higher Vocational colleges.
