分析了生产加工与检测过程中小锥度心轴的选取对误差的影响,得出了在实际加工中,可以通过选用锥度较大的心轴用于加工,而选用锥度较小的心轴用于检测的结论,并给出了具体的误差计算公式供读者使用或参考。
This paper by the error deduction and calculation to analyze the selection of small taper spindle to the influence of the error in the process of production and processing and testing. Finally draws a conclusion that in the practical processing it can choose the larger taper spindle for processing, and choose the smaller taper spindle for testing, at the same time this paper gives out the specific error calculation formula for readers to use or reference.
