针对目前急需武器装备生产能力不足和需求不急的武器装备生产能力过剩的问题,对未来战争武器装备生产能力建设进行研究。从作战样式、经济体制、军品生产设备和工艺以及军工产业布局4个方面阐述了未来战争武器装备生产能力建设面临的形势,并针对未来战争对武器装备的要求,提出了今后我国武器装备生产能力建设的原则、方法和建议。该研究可为我国武器装备生产能力建设提供参考。

For solving the current problems between shortage of urgent weapon equipment production capacity andoverabundance of non-urgent weapon equipment production capacity, research on construction of weapon equipmentproduction capacity in future war. Introduce construction situation of weapon equipment production capacity in future warfrom combat mode, economic system, military production equipment and military industrial distribution. Based on weaponequipment requirements of future war, put forwards the principle, method and suggestion of domestic weapon equipmentproduction capacity construction. The research gives reference for domestic weapon production capacity construction.
