在社会加速转型的背景下,大学生社会行为问题层出不穷,高校学生工作面临众多新的挑战。社会工作介入高校学生社区建设,为大学生提供多样化、人性化、专业化的社区发展服务,是高校学生事务体系创新的有效切入点。这一过程以实现学生"自我认同"为价值理念,坚持尊重与公平、真诚与接纳、自愿、人性化等基本原则,通过专业社工与学工队伍的密切协作、有形服务平台与虚拟服务空间的共同作用、学生—学校—家庭—社区相关资源的整合利用,营造有利于大学生成长成才的环境。

Under the background of rapid social transformation,the university students social behavior problems emerge in an endless stream, which have made the system work of university students to face many new challenges. The social work intervention of university students＇ community service, providing diversified, humanized, professional community development service, which prompts an effec- tive starting point of innovation in university student affairs system. In practice, the team of social work values to realize the students＇ self identity as the goal and advocates respect, fair, sincere and acceptance, voluntary, humanity as the basic principle. They promote close collaboration with the team of existed student worker, construct student community service center and website, synthesize the related resources from the students, the university, the students＇ families and the surrounding communities, which aims to create a friendly environment for university students＇ growth.
