彩超引导下肺癌锁骨上淋巴结活检的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目前,肺癌锁骨上淋巴结转移的界定暂无明确统一的标准,本研究旨在通过彩超引导下行锁骨上淋巴结活检术,进而判断其临床意义。1资料与方法1.1临床资料收集我院2009年3月至2011年3月114例肺癌患者为研究对象。其中男性80例,女性34例。年龄32-85岁。所有病例均由组织病理学证实,组织学类型按WHO标准分类：鳞癌42例,腺癌47例,小细胞癌15例,
