CT扫描在45例肺部小结节中的应用及分析 被引量：2

摘要 本文对我院2009—2011年行CT低剂量扫描检查的45例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选择我院2009年6月至2011年6月因咳嗽咳痰,咯血,呼吸异常,胸痛等症状,行X线光片检查考虑肺内有可疑的结节,肺内外存在恶性肿瘤的45例患者分布进行肺部CT常规剂量扫描及CT低剂量扫描。其中,男29例,女16例,年龄34-76岁,平均55.6岁。肺部结节的影像诊断标准：肺内有确切的病灶,直径≤3cm（病灶直径为其横断面图像长及宽的算术平均值）,
