华能珞璜电厂“W”型火焰锅炉燃烧调整分析

摘要 介绍华能珞璜电厂引进的法国STEIN公司生产的强制循环亚临界W型火焰锅炉及燃烧系统,针对1#炉W型火焰锅炉在运行中存在的燃烧恶化问题,进行200 MW负荷燃烧试验,并通过对比分析,对制粉系统、风烟系统进行相应整改,使该锅炉在低负荷情况下安全、稳定、经济地运行。 This essay introduces the forced circulation subcritical W-shape flame boiler and combustion system intro-duced from COMPAGINE DE FIVES-LILLE DMS/STEIN HEURTEY/FCB CINETIC/PROCEDAIRE by Luohuang Power Plant of CHNG .In order to solve the problem of combustion deterioration during the operation of the W-shape flame boiler of 1#boiler,the 200MW combustion test has been implemented .Based on the comparative analysis ,the coal-pulverizing system and the air-gas system have been improved to ensure the safe ,stable and economical opera-tion of the boiler under the low-load condition .
