摘要
有资料报道,面骨骨折患者占口腔颌面部创伤住院患者的69.1%,而颌骨构成面部的近2/3范围,因此,颌骨骨折的治疗是创伤救治的重要内容。颌骨骨折的临床治疗必须遵循基本的原则和要求,诊断、治疗中关键细节的把握和新技术的运用对疗效影响重大。作者结合临床经验,介绍了诊断中影像检查方法的综合运用,手术治疗中复位咬合关系、选择内固定材料和数字化技术及3D模型应用等技术细节和方法。
Data was reported that patients with facial bone fractures accounted for 69.1% of hospitalized patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma, and nearly 2/3 of the face is consisted by maxilla and mandible bone ,jaws fracture treatment is therefore an important part of trauma. Clinical management of maxillary and mandibular fractures must follow the basic principles and requirements. It is very important of grasping key technological details and using new technologies for treatment results. This article introduces comprehensive usage of diagnostic imaging methods, skills of occlusive reduction and selection of internal fixation materials in surgery, and applications of digital and 3 D mode/combined with author＇s clinical experiences, which are benefits for maxillary and mandibular fracture management.
