摘要
针对制造/再制造闭环供应链系统的特征,将回收产品的质量水平与回收产品的价格水平这两项影响因素考虑到系统的成本计算中去。以回收产品的质量水平(q),回收产品的价格水平(P0),制造/再制造周期(T),制造与再制造批次(n,m)为决策变量,从整个系统总成本角度,构建了该系统最优运作成本模型,通过PSO与Lingo两种算法方法,分别对制造/再制造批次为(1,1)及(n,m)的情况进行了具体算例和对比分析。两种计算得到的结果是一致的,模型的有效性得到了验证。
According to the characteristics of the closed-loop remanufacturing supply chain system,two factors, the minimum quality level and the price level of the recycled products are considered in the cost calculation system. With recycled product quality(q), recycling products price level (P0), manufacturing (T), and the remanufacturing cycle batch manufacturing and remanufacturing(n, m)as the decision variables, the optimal system operation cost model is established from the perspective of the total cost of the whole system. Two algorithms methods, PSO and Lingo, are used respectively in the case demonstration and contrastive analysis for remanufacturing batches(1, 1)and(n, m). The demonstration shows that the two calculation results are consistent, and the validity of the model is verified.
