摘要
在技术创新过程中,企业与外部建立合作网络的重要性不断受到管理实践者和研究者的重视。以开放性创新和社会网络理论为基础,研究了技术导向对创新绩效的影响作用,并分析了合作网络对二者关系的调节作用。本研究以107家高新技术企业为研究样本,构建回归模型对假设进行验证。结果显示:技术导向对创新绩效没有产生直接显著的积极作用;合作网络规模正向调节技术导向的两个衡量指标,也就是技术能力和研发强度,对创新绩效的作用;合作深度正向调节技术能力对创新绩效的作用。
In the process of technological innovation, the importance of cooperative networks for firms has increasingly received attentions from both practioners and researchers. Based on the theories of open innovation and social networks, this study explored the direct effect of technological orientation on innovative performance, and the moderating effect of cooperation network on the relationship between technological orientation and innovative performance. We tested our hypotheses using a sample data from 107 high-tech firms. The results revealed that technological orientation didn't have positive and significant effect on innovative performance, and network size positively moderated the relationships between technological capability, R^D intensity and innovative performance in such a way that the relationships were stronger when the firms have more corporative partners. In addition, cooperation strength moderated the relationship between technological capability and innovative performance, such that the relationships became stronger as cooperation strength increased.
