除尘器底壳加工的人机操作分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 运用人机操作理论对天津苑云电子有限公司除尘器底壳生产过程进行分析,找出了除尘器底壳生产效率低的原因,即时间浪费、动作浪费、现场布置不合理、工具使用不当等。论文采用动作研究、时间研究、工作场所布置等工业工程相关理论和方法,提出了相应的系统化的解决方案,最终解决了除尘器底壳生产效率低的问题,提高了人机操作效率和企业效益。把工作研究、人机操作分析等工业工程理论知识应用于实践,可引起小型企业对工业工程改善方法的重视,对类似生产性企业起到了实践指导的作用。 Using the man-machine operation theories to analyze the processing of precipitator bottom shell,the paper finds out the causes of the low efficiency, such as waste of time, waste of movement,unreasonable layout, using improper tools and so on. The paper uses motion study, time study, field layout and related theories and methods to put forward a corresponding and systematic solution. Finally, the improvements solved the problems of low efficiency of precipitator bottom shell processing. The optimization has improved the man-machine operation efficiency and enterprise benefits. In a word, the paper's purpose is to apply theories into practice. The research has a guiding significance to similar enterprises.
