摘要
《工效学》课程不仅是工业工程专业的核心课程,也是安全工程、管理、工程心理学、交通工程等专业的重要课程。《工效学》课程的改革,能够促进工业工程专业的专业课程建设,符合专业培养目标,满足为推进两化融合培养高级复合型人才的需求。以国外大学的专业课教学为借鉴,结合多年从事该课程教学的体会,介绍在工效学课程教学中实施研究型教学的做法,特别是以应用为导向、以企业案例为驱动建设研究型课程的思路,以及在国际化方面的探索和实践。
Ergonomics is the core course for the major of not only Industrial Engineering but also Safety Engineering, Management, Engineering Psychology, Traffic Engineering. The reform of the course will contribute to the construction of other industrial engineering professional course,meet the education mission and the needs of advanced composite talents to promote the integration of the industrial and information. Taking courses managed by foreign universities as reference and the combining my teaching experience,this paper describes the implementation of research-based teaching practices in ergonomics course,focus on the application-oriented and business-case-driven teaching style, as well as exploration and practice in terms of internationalization.
