深化滇缅旅游合作的对策建议

云南省与缅甸都具有丰富的旅游资源,都处于大湄公河次区域合作框架之下,深化两地旅游合作不仅有利于促进区域经济发展,更有利于维护边境地区繁荣稳定。目前,滇缅旅游合作主要面临大国博弈、区域经济发展不均衡、边境政策不稳定、合作内容单一、旅游专业人才匮乏等问题和制约因素。滇缅两地政府应积极发挥主导作用,优化政策环境;整合旅游资源,创新旅游线路;开展联合营销,加大宣传推介力度;加强基础设施建设,完善交通网络;建立旅游人才联合培训机制;深化旅游企业交流与合作,以促进滇缅旅游合作深入发展。

There are abundant tourism resources in Yunnan and Myanmar,which are all in the framework of regional coopera-tion of Great Mekong Subregion.Deepening the tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Myanmar is not only beneficial to pro-moting local economic development,but also can maintain the prosperity and stabilization in border areas.Nowadays,the tourism cooperation is mainly facing some problems and obstacles,such as,superpower games,unbalanced development of re-gional economy,unstable border policies,simple cooperation content and lack of the talents.The governments should play a leading role actively to optimizing the circumstance,integrate tourism resources,innovative new routes,start united marketing, increase the publicity and improve the transportation network better.Besides,building the united training system of tourism professionals and tourism enterprises can communicate and cooperate deeply.So the tourism cooperation will develop deeper.
