方格星虫的繁育、养殖及研究开发进展

Research progress on breeding,aquaculture and development of Sipunculus nudus

方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus)是中国重要的经济类底栖动物,具有重要的食用价值和药用价值。由于近年来过度捕获造成自然资源匮乏,亟待养殖技术和繁育技术的提高以满足食用和药用研究需求。关于方格星虫的研究目前多集中在繁殖发育、营养和药用价值等方面。目前方格星虫的繁育技术已经初步成功,其养殖规模有望扩大,但是其生产方式和池塘养殖技术仍有待深入研究。文章综述了有关方格星虫分类、养殖生态、繁育、营养及其增养殖技术等方面的研究,以期为方格星虫养殖产业的发展与研究开发提供参考。

Sipunculus nudus is an important economic animal for its high edible and medicinal value. The wild resources of S. nudus were quickly decreasing due to overfishing, so its breeding needs improvement. Most studies of S. nudus have focused on aspects such as breeding, nutrition and medical value. The cultivation scale of S. nudus is likely to be increased based on the successful breeding technology; however, the methods of production and culture technology of S. nudus in ponds still need further studies. The paper summarizes the studies on taxonomic, aquaculture ecology, breeding, nutrition and aquaculture techniques of S. nudus, so as to promote the aquaculture industry and developmental research of S. nudus.
