以自硬砂铸造生产过程中形成的废旧砂为对象,研究设计了一种机械强力搓磨再生机。主要介绍了旧砂再生的工作机理、结构特征及配套工艺装备的应用,以实现旧砂再生回用,达到降低成本、促进环保和资源再利用的目的。

A reclaimer by mechnical intensity rubbing for old sand of self-cured sand has been designed of which the working principle, structure characteristics and application of complement technology equipment have been introduced.
