大型电弧炉除尘系统方案的研究

The Research on Dust-Removal System Project for the Large Electric Arc Furnace

通过对几个典型铸钢厂电弧炉除尘装置运行参数的收集、整理和分析研究,对比几种不同形式除尘系统的除尘效果,结果表明大、中型电炉除尘系统采用天车通过式捕集罩是一种比较理想的排烟方式。

The Advantages and disadvantages of some exhausting modes and dust separation devices for electric arc furnace have been analysed. A complete set of data of dust-removal system for the large electric arc furnace has been summarized by collecting and arranging the operational parameters of the dust separation devices in some representative steel-casting foundries. Experimental results have shown that the crane psssing through-gathering dustcoat is a relatively exhausting mode for dust-removal system of the large and medium electric arc furnace.
