摘要
三乙胺冷芯盒工艺是目前铸造生产中应用最多的冷芯盒制芯工艺。随着现代铸造企业高端化、精细化、绿色化的发展,传统冷芯盒树脂造型暴露出的抗湿性能差、环保性能低等缺陷,一定程度上阻碍了铸造行业的发展。通过对苯醚型酚醛树脂溶剂的实验研究,找到了一种环保性能良好的合成植物酯,作为三乙胺冷芯盒树脂的溶剂,工艺合成出的树脂性能优异,并在二异氰酸酯组分中引入了一种抑制剂,有效提高了型砂的抗湿性能。
Through study on the solvent of benzylic ether phenolic resin, an environment-friendly synthetic plant ester has been found as the solvent in triethylamine catalyzed cold-box resin. The resin exhibited excellent performance. An inhibitor which effectively improved the moisture resistance of sand mold has also been introduced in component Ⅱ, namely diisocyanate.
