摘要 日用化学品行业废水含有大量阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)、动植物油脂、香精、色素等有机污染物,难以生物降解或水处理的成本较高。传统单一的处理技术具有操作简单、靶向性强等优点,但往往存在能耗大、适用范围窄、处理效果差等问题。随着对出水水质要求的不断提高,新型处理技术受到了关注。本文回顾了日化废水的来源与特点,简述了几种常见的处理技术,通过对参考文献研究结论与工程实例的比较,分析了各技术工艺的特点、问题和适用性,介绍了几种新型处理技术的研究进展,指出了这些技术的优势和发展潜力。分析表明采用物理化学法与生物技术联用可增强处理效果,降低处理成本,在日化废水处理中较为可行,其他一些新型处理技术也有很好的发展和应用前景。 Wastewater from daily chemicals industry contains a large amount of anionic surfactants (LAS),animal and vegetable oils,essence,pigment and other organic pollutants which are difficult to be biodegraded.Traditional processing technologies are simple to operate and have good targetability.But there are generally some problems in treating wastewater by these methods,such as high energy consumpion,narrow scope of application and poor treatment effect.New processing technologies have attracted attention,when water quality standards are becoming higher and higher.This paper reviews the sources and features of daily chemicals wastewater,and summarizes usual treatment methods and research progress,and reviews the characteristics,problems and applicability of each technology.The combination of physicochemical methods and biological technologies can enhance treatment effect and reduce processing cost.This kind of combination is feasible.Some new treatment technologies have great potential and application prospect as well.
