摘要
以某型号热媒炉为研究对象,该热媒炉改造以后,其燃料由重油改为天然气,运行过程中发现其NOx等污染的排放量严重超出排放标准的要求。主要研究该热媒炉的燃烧器性能,分析烟气回流片和空气预热温度这两个因素对其NOx排放性能的影响。根据热媒炉和燃烧器的结构建立数学模型并划分网格,使用CFD方法进行数值模拟。分析模拟结果与实际测量数据,多次调整数学模型使模拟结果与实际测量数据相一致,从而保证数学模型的正确性。以此模型为基础分别计算不同尺寸的烟气回流片和不同空气预热温度时NOx排放量,发现增大烟气回流片尺寸和降低空气预热温度能明显降低NOx排放量。针对以上模拟过程分别进行工程试验,验证模拟计算,为该型号热媒炉的优化设计提供理论参考。
A particular type of heat transfer media (HTM) furnace was studied,to investigate the pollution by NOx emission after changing the fuel from heavy oil to natural gas.Two main factors,flue gas recirculation and air preheating temperature,were analyzed.For the HTM furnace and burner,a mathematical model was established for numerical simulation with CFD.After adjusting the mathematical model,simulation results were consistent with measurement.Based on the model,increasing flue gas recirculation and lower air preheating temperature could significantly reduce NOx emission.Some engineering tests were conducted to verify the correctness of numerical simulation.The paper provides some theoretical reference for optimal design of HTM furnace.
