摘要
分析了高炉煤气干法除尘后,热管式煤气加热器加热煤气时,产生腐蚀和堵塞的原因。认为即使煤气中含S和Cl离子较低,但只要含机械水较高,H2O和CO2反应生成H2CO3也能造成设备腐蚀。并建议在系统中采用拆叠板式除雾器,在煤气加热前脱除机械水有助于解决设备腐蚀和堵塞问题。
The paper analyzes the reason for corrosion and blocking of heat pipe type gas heating exchanger during heating of blast furnace gas after de dusting.It is both the low concentration of S and Cl ions and the high concentration of H2O and CO2 that cause corrosion of the equipment.Corrosion and blocking can be resolved by adding a plate demister to remove H2 O before heating.
