摘要
针对传统水温控制系统设计简单、适应性差、控制精度低,采用单向控制等不足,设计了以AT89C52单片机为控制核心的水温双向自动控制系统。单片机根据设定水温与实际水温差值产生占空比可调的PWM波来控制加热模块和制冷模块的功率。实验结果表明,该系统具有动态响应快、超调量小,且控制精度高等特点。
The traditional controlling system of water temperature has such deficiencies as simple design,poor adaptability,low precision and unidirectional control. The new design has achieved bidirectional automatic control of water temperature by using AT89C52 SCM as the control center. Based on the D-value of the actual and the setting temperature,the SCM generates adjustable PWM to control the power of the heating and refrigeration module.Experiments show that the system has fast dynamic response,small overshoot and high control precision.
