摘要
在综述大量研究文献的基础上,将职业院校教师教育技术能力进行了层次划分,建立了调研框架,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,分别从媒体与信息技术、教育技术理论知识、职教教学设计、职教资源和职教研究5个层面深入调研,了解目前职业院校教师教育技术能力在各个层次的现状及存在的问题,并从职业院校和教师两个方面提出了职业院校教师教育技术能力提升的建议,旨在为职业院校教师教育技术能力的全面提升提供参考。
Educational technology has become a crucial element of teachers' teaching ability in vocational colleges. The lit- erature is reviewed to sort out layers of capacity and to construct research framework. Questionnaire and interview are adopt- ed to analyze the current situation and problems on the following five aspects, media and information technology, theory of e- ducational technology, vocational education teaching design, resources of vocational education and research on vocational e- ducation. On the basis of problems concluded, according to the special features of vocational education, suggestions are pro- posed from perspectives of vocational colleges and teachers, aiming to provide some reference for improving educational technology capacity of teachers in vocational colleges.
