滇东南地区矿产资源开发效率的模糊层次综合评价

Evaluation of Mineral Resources Development Efficiency of Southeast Yunnan Region Based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

在对滇东南地区的重要矿产资源进行调查基础上,通过对矿产资源的类型、成规规律、分布、开发程度以及"三率"水平、社会经济效益、生态环境、技术人员投入等影响因素分析,从投入与产出的角度建立矿产资源开发效率综合评价指标体系,运用层次-模糊相结合的方法,对滇东南16个不同评价区内的9种优势矿产资源的开发利用效率进行评价。结果表明,位于滇东南东部地区的广南以及中部地区的金平矿产资源开发效率很高,而西南部地区的绿春和最东部地区的富宁者桑开发程度较低;就不同矿种而言,锑矿、铜矿的开发效率整体上高,其余矿种的开发效率整体上较低,评价结果反映了滇东南地区矿产资源开发利用的真实现状,为该地区矿产资源的合理开发与管理提供了有力的依据。

Based on the investigation of the important mineral resources in southeastern part of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes such influence factors as types of mineral resources, law conventions, distribution, degree of development as well as ＂three rate＂ level, social and economic benefits, eco-environment, technical personnel and other investment, creates the evaluation index system of mineral resources from the aspects of input and output, and evaluates the development and utilization efficienc hierarch Y of 9 kinds of mineral resources in 16 different evaluated regions in southeastern Yunnan using the method of fuzzy combination. The results show that development efficiency of mineral resources is the highest in Quangnan （in the eastern region of southeastern Yunnan） and Jinping （in the central region of the province）, but it is rather low in Luchun （in the southwestern region） and Sang （the most eastern region）. In terms of different minerals, the exploitatiaon efficiency of the antimony ore, copper is high on the whole, while the exploitation efficiency of other minerals is relatively low. The evaluation results reflect the practical situation of the development and utilization of mineral resources in Southeast Yunnan, providing a strong basis for rational exploitation and management of mineral resources in Southeast Yunnan.
