摘要
采用统计分析法和定量评价法分析了江西省的工业用地集约利用行业和区域特征,拟为区域差别化政策制定和产业结构调整提供依据。结果表明:江西省工业用地的行业和区域集约利用水平差异明显。支柱行业用地的集约利用水平较高,非传统行业和升级转型行业偏低,空间上呈现了大致的由北往南、由中部往东、西部降低特征。主要影响因素为投资强度,次要因素则因行业和区位而存在差异。通过加强管理、分行业和区域差别化提高投资强度、严格执行现有用地标准及建立奖惩制度等可有效提高其工业用地集约利用水平。
This paper attempts to provide reference for differential policy making and industrial restructuring thro quantitative assessment of industry and spatial characteristics of industrial land intensive use in Jiangxi Province. Method statistical analysis and quantitative evaluation were employed. The results indicate that the level of industrial land intensive varies a lot among dif{erent industries in different areas of this province, with a hi level in unconventional industry, and decreases from north to south and from gh 1 the evel in leading industry and a fairly ugh s of use low central to eastern and western areas Investment intensity is the main influence factor and secondary causes are relevant to industry or location. It is believed that the level of intensive use of industrial land could be improved by strengthening management, increasing investment, executing the existing land use standard strictly and establishing the system of rewards and punishment.
