摘要
教师教育的产生与发展主要源于大规模学校教育对教师的需要,即对这一从业人员规模庞大的职业的数量需求和一种基于证书、标准和评估等制度性措施的质量要求。基于教师教育变革的这一基本逻辑,我国教师教育改革的政策取向应着重于对教师教育体系、制度、结构进行重组或者重构,进一步提升教师教育开放化、专业化水平;发挥教师专业组织的价值与作用,加快教师教育制度建构的进程。
The origin and development of teacher education are based on the demands for teachers in the large-scale modern school education, that is, the quantity demand of this large scale profession and quality requirement represented by the teacher certificate, professional standard and evaluation activities. According to this basic logic, the policy orientation of teacher education reform in China should focus on reorganizing or restructuring systems, institutions and structures of teacher education, promoting the opening and professional level of teacher education, and guiding the professional organizations of teachers to play important roles in the progress of institutional construction in teacher education.
