摘要
现代学徒制的"现代性"既是职业教育研究必须追问的理论问题,也是影响相关职业教育改革成效的关键所在。现代学徒制的"现代性"体现为:功能目的从重生产性到重教育性;教育性质从狭隘到广泛;制度规范从行会层面上升到国家层面;利益相关者机制从简单到复杂;教学组织从非结构化到结构化。
The "modernity" of modern apprenticeship is not only a basic theoretical issue of vocational education research, but also a key point for the success of vocational education reform. The modernity of modern apprenticeship lies in the aspects as follows: the aim from more productive to more instructive, the educational nature from narrow to comprehensive, the regulation from guild to state, the stakeholder mechanism from simp|e to complex, the teaching organization from un-structured to structured.
