工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,要提高学生的船舶专业英语实际应用能力,就必须在课程设置、实训基地建设、教师培训等方面实现校企合作,构建起专业英语工学结合培养模式。通过对教学目标的准确定位、课程的合理设置、校内外实践教学条件的完善以及实践教学体系的优化,提高人才培养质量。

The combination of working and learning is an important starting point of reform on talents training mode of higher vocational education. To improve the students＇ practical application capacity of shipbuilding specialty English, we must realize school enterprise cooperation in the curriculum setting, practical training base construction, teacher training and other aspects, build the training model of working and learning combination for shipbuilding specialty English. Talent training quality can be improved by accurate setting of teaching goals, reasonable positioning of curriculum, perfecting internal and external condition of practical teaching and optimizing practical teaching system.
