软件外包是软件产业的新兴力量,培养软件外包人才,建设高职软件外包人才实训基地已成为当务之急。而要解决现存的问题,就要结合该专业的培养目标、课程设置等方面,联合软件外包企业,探索软件外包专业人才的培养模式。学校要树立"为企业服务、为学生服务"的理念,企业则要树立支持教育的社会责任感,在立足于"双赢"的基础上,共同发展进步。

Software outsourcing is an emerging force in software industry. Software outsourcing talent training and the construction of software outsourcing talent training base has become imperative. And to solve the existing problems, we should combine aspects of the professional training objectives, curriculum, etc., combine software outsourcing enterprises, explore training mode of software outsourcing professionals. Schools should establish a ＂ servicing business, servicing student＂ concept. Companies will have to establish a sense of social responsibility to support education, achieve common development and progress based on the ＂ win-win＂ basis.
