Exploration On Systematic Organization of Mental Activity Used in Class Meeting of Higher Vocational Students

高等职业院校学生的精神面貌需要与时俱进的思想政治教育来激发,班会是思想政治教育最直接、最有效的途径。大学生的班会,尤其是高职院校学生的班会往往流于形式,内容不精心策划,缺乏对学生日常行为规范的活动设计,导致班会活动不具有实效性。系统化的团体心理活动可以使高职学生的班会更具实效性,使高职院校学生的精神面貌焕然一新。

The spirits of students in vocational colleges need to be stimulated trough the ideological and political education with time. Class meeting is the most direct and effective way. College class meeting, especially the meeting of vocational students often becomes a mere formality. For example, the content is not carefully planned and lack of a code of conduct for students＂ daily activities design, which makes the activities of class meeting ineffective. Systematic organization of mental activity can make the class meeting of vocational students more effective and also make the spirits of vocational students refreshed.
