高职院校班级分段管理模式研究

Research on Class Period Management Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

班级是学生活动和教育教学的基本单元,班级管理是一项系统工程。良好的班级管理是教育成功的关键因素之一,涉及到学生成长的诸多方面。近年来,高职院校招生规模扩大,导致班级管理出现很多共性问题,辅导员工作面临较大压力。针对目前班级管理存在的突出问题,提出高职院校班级分阶段管理的模式,总结出每个年级管理的重点、难点和对策,提高班级管理的科学性和实效性。

Class is the basic unit of student activities and teaching. Class management is a systematic project. Good class management is one of the key factors to successful education, involving many aspects of students＇ growth. In recent years, due to the expansion of enrollment in professional colleges, there are many common problems in class management and great pressure to the counselor＇s work. Aiming at the outstanding problems in the class nzanagement at present, the author proposes a class period management model, sums for each grade management focus, difficulties and countermeasures, so as to improve the scientificity and practicality of class management.
