改善非在编幼儿教师待遇的管理机制探析 被引量:1

摘要 幼儿教师尤其非在编教师的编制和待遇缺乏保障,学前教育的管理体系和相关政策亟需重新建构和完善。为此,政府应增强责任意识,推进学前教育立法;加强对教育投入的统筹分配,缩小在编与非在编幼儿教师的待遇差距;制定非在编幼儿教师管理办法,完善幼儿教师待遇保障机制;健全幼儿教师培训体系,完善幼儿教师考核与评价制度。 Kindergarten teachers, especially short-term recruited ones, are not receiving good treatment and lack of security, so pre-school education management systems and related policies needs reconstructing and perfecting. Therefore, the government should strengthen the responsibility consciousness and promote legislation of pre-school education; meanwhile, the government should strengthen overall distribution of education input, narrow the treatment gap between formal preschool teachers and short-term recruited teachers.What's more, the government is supposed to develop management measures, improve the treatment safeguard mechanism for kindergarten teachers. Lastly, the government is supposed to perfect their training system, the assessment and evaluation system.
