呼和浩特市国际机场地面服务人员培训需求分析

摘要 机场地面服务人员处于机场服务的第一线,为满足旅客日益提升的服务需求有必要提升机场地面服务人员的整体素质。立足于员工自身的培训需求制定培训计划,对企业提高效率、提升对外形象有着重要的指导意义。本文采用问卷和既往资料调查,通过统计分析法、访谈法、文献法等研究方法,综合运用人力资源管理、社会学、心理学等相关知识,结合数据分析和员工意见,得出了白塔机场地面服务人员的整体培训需求,并在解析其基本需求的基础上提出了提高目前培训水平的建议。 The ground service staff is at the first front in the airport service. In order to satisfy the passengers" increasing demands, it is essential to improve the overall qualification of the ground service staff at the airport and to make the training plan according to the training needs, which, in this way, will definitely improve the profile and ef- ficiency of the enterprise. With the application of questionnaires, statistic analytical methods, interviews, documenta- tions and related knowledge in such fields as human resource management, sociology and psychology, the paper works out the overall needs of the ground service staff at BAITA International Airport, and puts forward the proposal in improving the level of training.
