冠心病病人慢性幽门螺杆菌感染程度与血脂代谢的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨冠心病病人幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的发生状况及其与血脂代谢的关系。[方法]选取知情同意的冠心病住院病人159例,根据14 C尿素呼气试验结果将病人分为HP感染组和HP非感染组,同时测定其血脂水平,分析HP感染冠心病病人血脂水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。[结果]冠心病病人HP感染组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于HP非感染组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);随着冠心病病人体内HP感染程度的加重,其TC、TG、LDL-C水平亦相应增高,HP不同感染程度病人血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平随着冠心病病人体内HP感染程度的加重而降低;HP感染冠心病病人血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平随着冠状动脉病变严重程度增加而呈递增趋势,血清HDLC水平随着冠状动脉病变严重程度增加而呈下降趋势。[结论]HP感染可能通过影响机体脂质代谢,促进动脉粥样硬化的形成,是冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的重要危险因素,进而诱发冠心病。 Objective:To probe into the occurrence of helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in patients with coronary heart disease and its relationship with blood lipid metabolism.Methods:A total of 159 cases of informed consent of inpatients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into HP infection group and HP non-infection group based on the 14 C urea breath test results.The blood lipid level was measured,and the correlation was analyzed between the blood lipid level of CHD patients with helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and severity degree of coronary artery lesions.Results:The total serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in HP infection group were higher than that of HP non-infection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);with the extent of HP infection aggravating in coronary artery disease patients,the TC,TG,LDL-C levels also increased accordingly.There was statistically significant difference in serum TC,TG,LDL-C level among patients with different degrees of HP infection(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level decreased with the HP infection aggravated in CHD patients;the serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels showed an increasing trend with increasing of severity of coronary artery lesions in HP infection patients.Serum HDL-C level decreased with increasing of severity of coronary artery lesions.Conclusion:HP infection may promote the formation of atherosclerosis through affecting the body lipid metabolism.It is the important risk factor of coronary atherosclerotic lesions,and then to induce coronary heart disease.
