FDI区位变迁与制造业区际转移——基于省际面板数据的经验证据

Inter-regional Manufacturing Transfer and FDI Re-location:Empirical Evidence Based on China's Provincial Panel Data

本文通过建立制造业区际转移动态面板模型,依此对FDI区位变迁与中国制造业区际转移的相关关系、作用效果、地区差异性和行业差异性进行了研究。研究结果表明:FDI区位变迁和中国制造业区际转移均呈现出"东出西进"和"就近转移"两种趋势;从全国层面来看,FDI区位变迁是影响中国制造业区际转移的重要因素之一;从区域层面来看,FDI区位变迁对中国东部地区的制造业规模具有扩散作用,对中西部地区的制造业规模具有集聚作用,且在中部地区的集聚作用更强;从行业层面来看,FDI区位变迁对于促进大部分制造业行业向中西部地区转移、食品饮料加工制造业和造纸及纸制品业向东中部地区转移、医药制造业向东部地区转移具有显著影响。

This paper carries out an empirical study on China＇ s manufacturing transfer and its FDI re-location by establishing a dynamic panel model. The results indicate that China＇ s inter^regional manufacturing transfer and its FDI re-location show a contiguous ＂east out and west in＂ trend. From the national perspective, FDI re-location is one of the key factors for China＇s manufacturing transfer; from a regional perspective, the improvement of FDI re-location has a diffusion effect on the manufacturing scale in China＇ s eastern area, but has a concentrating effect on the manufacturing scale in China＇ s central and western areas. From an industrial perspective, FDI re-location plays an important role in most manufacturing transfers from the central area to the western areas, transfers of food and beverage manufacturing and paper products from the eastern area to the central area, and pharmaceutical manufacturing transfers to the eastern areas in China.
