摘要
根据某装置的结构和技术特点,对激光表面淬火工艺进行了应用研究,有效解决了一些热处理技术问题,如曲柄滑槽内侧表面结构受限,表面硬度、光洁度和形位公差精度要求高,以及淬火变形量小等。提高了曲柄滑槽的制造质量,满足了装置的技术性能要求。
According to the structural feature and the technique requirement of a certain equipment, this paper studies the application of laser superficial quench technology, which effectively solve many heat treatment technique problems, such as the limited crank runner inner side surface structure, the higher granulation degree and shape location tolerance precision and the small quench distortion. Result shows the technology improves the manufacture quality of the crank runner, meeting the technique requirements of the equipment.
