In this paper, a new manage method made by Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd is described, which shows the new way of information transmission between the before workplace and the after one. This method contains a series of semi-finished products pass-on sheet and integrated rules and highlights the direct way of information transmission. Thus it speeds up the information transmission and improves the efficiency of planning management.
