摘要
探析特定的职业习惯、制度环境和文化资本等非经济因素与同质性游客群体的旅游消费体验之间的关系,是本文研究的中心命题。本文以某大学不同专业的教师为调查个案,分析了大学教师这个同质性文化精英群体的旅游消费体验的不同"镜像"。研究发现,大学教师的旅游消费体验呈现了专业型、探索型、审美型、休闲型与补偿型五种不同的"镜像"。从组织合法性来看,大学教师把大学这个学术共同体内部的学习、审视、反思和批判等行为延伸至旅游消费体验的过程。从制度合法性来看,大学的学科制度与休假制度赋予了大学教师的身份认同,由此塑造的思维习惯影响了其旅游消费体验的倾向。从文化合法性来看,大学教师的旅游消费体验也是其用身体形态的文化资本建构群体认同的过程。
This paper discusses the relationship between the non-economic factors, such as job-specific habits, insti-tutional environment and cultural capital, and the consumption experience of homogeneous groups of tourists. Takingthe teachers in different disciplines of a university as the research objects, this paper analyzes different scenarios oftheir travel consumption patterns, which demonstrate as specialty-related, explorative, aesthetic, recreational, andcompensatory. In view of organizational legitimacy, the university teachers have extended what they have learned anddeveloped in the academic world, such as being explorative, reflective, retrospective and critical, to travel consump-tion; in view of institutional legitimacy, the university discipline and vacation systems help shape the identity of theuniversity teachers, which consequently impact their travel inclination; in view of cultural legitimacy, the universityteachers' travel consumption process is also the process of their identity construction drawing on their cultural capital.
