基于模糊评价的中国工业化与信息化融合发展测度研究

The Fuzzy Evaluation of the Measurement of the Integration of Industrialization and Informationization in China

在运用协同论浅析工业化与信息化融合发展内在机理的基础上,构建"两化"融合发展复合协同系统评价指标体系,选择基于隶属度的模糊综合评价法,对我国2005—2012年工业化与信息化融合发展进行考察和测度。研究发现,我国"两化"融合经历了"起步期-适应期-成长期"的发展阶段,"两化"融合发展水平和融合发展能力呈稳健上升趋势,融合发展水平从初级水平提升至高级水平,融合发展能力从中等成熟度过渡到较高成熟度,工业化、信息化子系统对"两化"融合发展具有显著的支撑作用,而融合发展能力与融合发展水平之间存在互动关系,且这种关系具有非同步性。

After a brief analysis of the internal mechanism for the development of the integration of industrializationand informationization, this paper comes up with a comprehensive and collaborative evaluation index system forthe development of the integration of industrialization and informationization. Selecting the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method based on membership grade, we inspect and measure the development of the integration in 2005-2012. The result shows that the integration of industrialization and informationization in China has experienced threestages： initiation - adaptation - growth; the level and the capacity of the integration demonstrate a steady upwardtrend; the integration has developed from the primary level to the advanced level; the subsystems of industrializationand informationization greatly assist the development of the integration; and there exists an interactive but non-synchronic relationship between the level and capacity of the integration.
