摘要
从柳树和海滨木槿两种耐盐碱苗木生长状况出发,分析比较了柳树和海滨木槿在6种基质配方下培育的2个月间,扦插基质的含盐量、pH变化、扦插苗苗木生长状况、成苗率、抽条数、抽条生长量、根系长和根系数量的差异和影响,以适应盐碱地柳树和海滨木槿的生长要求;在此基础上,选出了理想的柳树和海滨木槿扦插育苗的基质及其配比。结果表明,适用于盐碱地扦插的基质方式是:1采用营养土与盐碱土独立块状组合方式,即在盐碱土中挖穴,在穴中填入营养土(营养土内扦插插穗),2营养土与盐碱土比例为3∶2(营养土占60%)的完全混合方式。
From the seedling growth status of willows and hibiscus hamabo, it was analyzed and compared the chemical and biological indicators such as the content of salinity, pH of different soil matrix, raw cutting seedling nursery stock growth traits, seedling rate, number of ribbon, ribbon and growth, root length and root number of Hibiscus hamaboand willow under six matrix formulas in two months, so as to select the ideal matrix and mixture ratio. The result showed that the suitable method for cutting matrix in saline - alkali land are as follows : ①mixed the two soils, dig holes in the saline soil and then fill in the hole with nutritional soil (cutting the slips in the nutritional soil) ;②the complete mix of nutritional soil and saline soil with the ratio of 3:2 ( of which the nutritional soil accounting for 60% ).
