摘要
目的 建立测定恩替卡韦对映异构体的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法 采用CHIRALPAK?AD-H色谱柱;以正己烷-乙醇-三乙胺(55:45:0.1)为流动相;检测波长254 nm;流速0.6 mL/min。结果 恩替卡韦对映异构体浓度在0.20~0.76mg/mL(r=0.9999,n=6)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率99.2%,RSD=1.12%。结论 本法简便、灵敏、专属性强,可用于恩替卡韦对映异构体的测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of enantiomers of entecavir. Methods The separation was performed on a CHIRALPAK AD-H column, and the mobile phase was the mixture of n-hexaneethanol-triethylamine(55:45:0.1). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. Results The linear relationship was good within the concentration of 0.20-0.76 mg/mL for enantiomers of entecavir(r=0.9999, n=6). The average recovery was 99.2 %, with RSD of 1.12 %. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and specific. It is suitable for the determination of enantiomers of entecavir.
