褐铁矿自密化烧结工艺的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了褐铁矿自密化烧结工艺。通过烧结杯试验研究证实,采用褐铁矿自密化烧结工艺进行的烧结试验结果非常满意,利用系数、成品率、转鼓强度都大幅度地好于普通工艺的各项指标,解决了褐铁矿烧结生产利用系数低、强度低、燃耗高的问题。在褐铁矿配比高达40%和55%时,利用系数达到1.7t/m2·h,转鼓强度达到68%,燃料消耗为58 kg/t。并且烧结矿的还原性改善达到90%,低温还原粉化得到改善,低温还原粉化指数RDI+3.15在60%以上,软化性能和熔滴性能也得到改善,达到了预期的效果。褐铁矿烧结矿矿相研究证明,烧结矿主要矿物为赤铁矿和磁铁矿,粘结相主要是铁酸钙,并且有一定量的针状铁酸钙,对改善烧结矿的强度和性能起到了至关重要的作用。 The self compacting sintering process for limonite is introduced. The sintering test result with this process is proved very satisfied in sintering pot test: the utilization ratio,yield and drum strength of sinter are all great better than those of normal process and so this process can solve the problems of low utilization ratio,low strength and high burning consumption in sintering production with limonite. Even in the condition of high proportion of 40% and 55% of limonite,the utilization ratio reaches to 1. 7 t /m2·h,the drum strength 68%,fuel consumption is 58 kg /t. And the reduction property of sinter is improved and reaches to90%,low- temperature reduction powdering is improved and its index RDI + 3. 15 can be over 60%,the softening and droplet properties also improved. It is proved in ore phase research of limonite sinter that the main ore materials in sinter are hematite and magnetite,the binder phase is mainly calcium ferrite with some quantity of needle- like calcium ferrite,those play an important role in improving the strength and properties of sinter.
