硼对SD400螺纹钢物理性能的影响

摘要 研究了SD400螺纹钢加硼、不加硼的力学性能变化。在碳当量较低情况下,适当加硼可以降低螺纹钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度。通过调整加热温度增加其延伸率,从而提高螺纹钢的韧性,满足韩标KSD3524:2009的标准要求,对生产和研究有积极作用。 It is researched the change in mechanical properties of SD400 reinforced bar before and after boron put into. Under relative low carbon equivalent,to add boron with appropriate amount in steel can reduce the yield strength and tensile strength. With adjusting heating temperature to increase its elongation,the steel can get better toughness and meets the demand of Korea standard KSD3524: 2009. This research plays an active role in production.
