摘要
振动区液压系统是板坯连铸机结晶器的动力源,其运行稳定与否直接关系到连铸坯的质量,而液压站主泵损坯的原因为油液污染和油温高所致。分析了油液污染严重、温度高的原因,并给出了相应改进措施。实施效果明显,保证了150 t板坯连铸机的稳定运行,为同类型液压系统维护提供了参考。
The hydraulic system in vibration zone is the power source for mold of slab caster,and its steady operation would directly affect the quality of continuous casting billet. The reason for damage of main pump of hydraulic station is oil pollution and too high oil temperature and the latter are analyzed. Some corresponding improving measures are offered. The practice effect is good,and guarantees the steady operation of 150 t slab caster.
