摘要
针对河北津西正达钢厂加热炉产能不足,炉墙冒火,能耗高,且自动化控制水平落后等一系列问题,对加热炉进行了提产降耗改造。通过选用双蓄热烧嘴、增加炉膛高度,升级自动化控制系统,炉墙、炉顶烧嘴整体浇注等措施,加热能力提高20%,空燃比实现了自动调节,避免了跑火现象,煤气消耗降低了0.15 GJ/t钢,满足了轧钢生产需要。
The heating furnace is reformed in Zhengda Steelworks of Jinxi Group To solve the problems: not enough capacity,flaring up on furnace wall,high energy consumption,and low automatic control level.With measures adopted: selecting double regenerative burner,increasing hearth height,upgrading automatic control system,integrated casting the burners on furnace wall and top,the heating capacity increased by20%,air- fuel ratio can be automatically regulated,flame leak- out avoided,gas consumption reduced by0. 15 GJ /t,the system can meet the requirement of production.
