ANALYSIS ABOUT ELECTRIC BREAKDOWN CASES IN AIR SEPARATION BUSINESS

空分企业常作为钢铁企业的附属单位,担负着为冶金流程提供气体介质的重要角色。空分企业稳定生产离不开电气系统的正常运作。通过对唐山唐钢气体公司以往发生的3起电气故障案例进行细致分析,提出空分企业易发电气故障的预防和处理办法,为增强电气系统稳定性、规避事故发生提供参考。

As a secondary branch of an iron and steel business,air separation factory plays an important role to supply air media for metallurgical processes. Its steady production is relied upon the normal operation of electric system. Based on fine analysis about three old cases of electric accident occurred in Air Company of Tang Steel,method to prevent and treat the electric accident is proposed out,a reference offered for improving stability of electric system and avoiding accident.
