摘要
清洁生产和循环经济两者是相辅相成的关系。承钢为了达到可持续发展的目的,大力发展循环经济和清洁生产,在设备大型化、高效化、自动化方面做了大量工作,同时优化开发了先进的节能和环保技术。通过强化管理、落实责任,除尘设备同步运行率达到了99.2%,污染物综合排放合格率达到100%,岗位粉尘合格率达到90%,水循环利用率达到了97%,固体废弃物利用率达到了95%。在今后的发展中要继续加快节能步伐,优化生产技术指标,加大清洁生产力度,为企业的发展创造良好的环境条件。
Clean production and circulation economy are complemented each other. In Cheng Steel,to achieve the purpose of sustainable development,the circulation economy and clean production are greatly promoted; a lot of work is done in large- scale,high- efficiency and automation of equipment; at the same time the advanced energy- saving and environment protection techniques are optimized and developed.Through strengthening management,implementing responsibility,the synchronic operation rate of dust collecting devices reaches to 99. 2%,comprehensive drainage qualified rate of pollutant to 100%,dust qualified rate of all posts to 90%,water circular utilization rate to 97%,solid waste utilization rate to 95%. In the future we shall further speed up energy saving steps,optimize production technique indexes,increase the intensity of clean production,offer an excellent environment conditions for business development.
