分析图书馆员产生职业倦怠的原因,提出克服馆员职业倦怠的对策。认为确立正确的职业理念和坚定的职业信念,培养高尚的职业道德,养成良好的职业习惯,是消除职业倦怠的基础;树立以人为本的管理理念,实行人本管理,是消除职业倦怠的根本;建立轮岗制度和竞聘上岗机制,是消除职业倦怠的保障;丰富馆员业余文化生活,缓解馆员紧张情绪,是消除职业倦怠的突破点;提高馆员的综合素质和能力,克服"能力恐慌"心理,是消除职业倦怠的关键;建设良好的馆风,营造和谐的氛围和浓厚的人文环境,是消除职业倦怠的有效途径。
The paper analyzes the causes of librarian's job burnout, puts forward countermeasures to overcome it. The paper thinks that establishing correct professional philosophy and firm professional faith, cultivating noble professional ethics and good professional habits are the base for the elimination of librarian's job burnout; establishing people-oriented management idea and implementing people-oriented management are the fundament; establishing hillock system and post competition mechanism are the guarantee; enriching librarian's spare-time cultural life and relieving their nervous tension are the breakthrough point; improving librarian's comprehensive quality and competency and overcoming their psychological fears of ability are the key; building good library's habits, harmonious atmosphere and dense humanity environment are the effective way.
