摘要 500kV变电站35kV同种型号干式电抗器在一年内发生两起匝间短路导致烧毁故障,文章基于实际解体的烧毁电抗,分别从运行环境、制作材料、生产工艺等方面对该35kV电抗器烧毁事件进行全面而系统的故障分析,得到了该型号电抗器接连烧毁故障的直接原因,并提出了干式电抗器在生产工艺方面的改进措施以及今后在日常维护和例行检修时的缺陷诊断方法,为35kV干式电抗器的状态检测提供了良好的思路。 In a year, the same type of 35kV air core reactor in a 500kV substation has occurred two faults of the turn-to-turn short circuit leading to burning up .Based on the interior structure of the burned air core reactors , this paper analyzes the faults from the running environment of equipments , the materials and the manufacturing technique , etc, and getting the direct reasons of the faults .It proposes the suggestions to improve the manufacturing technique and the measures of diagnosing the defects in daily maintenance and routine inspection , which provides a good thinking on detecting the state of the air core reactors .
