结合多年来参加省、市教育系统各级机构招标投标实际工作,通过学习《中华人民共和国招标投标法》及《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》,对实际招标投标过程中的现象进行分析,从招标投标的计划、文件制订、组织机构、监督、验收等方面,论述招标投标工作进一步深化的思路。
